       the program to reduce load.

       [Related Specifications]

       Overload detection

3715

ZB-axis overload

The Z-axis of B turret has exceeded the overload limit value

set at the load detection meter relay for more than the preset

       period.

Load detection meter relays are provided on the operation

       panel

       for individual axes.

       [Probable Faulty Locations]

Program from the overload detection ON (M135) command block to

the detection OFF (M134) command block, or the operations

conducted by the commands in these blocks.

       Program Example:

        *N100 M135

         N101 G01

          :

        *N199 M134

Overload detection is performed only during execution of the

program section between the symbols "*".

       [Measures to Take]

Reduce depth of cut or other factors involved with cutting in

       the program to reduce load.

       [Related Specifications]

       Overload detection

3716

XA-axis overload

The X-axis of A turret has exceeded the overload limit value

set at the load detection meter relay for more than the preset

       period.

Load detection meter relays are provided on the operation

       panel

       for individual axes.

       [Probable Faulty Locations]

Program from the overload detection ON (M135) command block to

the detection OFF (M134) command block, or the operations

conducted by the commands in these blocks.

       Program Example:

        *N100 M135

         N101 G01 ...

          :

        *N199 M134

*-*Overload detection is active only for these blocks.

       [Measures to Take]

Reduce depth of cut or other factors involved with cutting in

       the program to reduce load.

       [Related Specifications]

       Overload detection

3717

XB-axis overload

The X-axis of B turret has exceeded the overload limit value

set at the load detection meter relay for more than the preset

       period.

Load detection meter relays are provided on the operation

       panel

       for individual axes.

       [Probable Faulty Locations]

Program from the overload detection ON (M135) command block to

the detection OFF (M134) command block, or the operations

conducted by the commands in these blocks.

       Program Example:

        *N100 M135

         N101 G01 ...

          :

        *N199 M134

*-*Overload detection is active only for these blocks.

       [Measures to Take]

Reduce depth of cut or other factors involved with cutting in

       the program to reduce load.

Coupling device illegal

An alarm has occurred in the external coupling device(loader, unloader, robot, etc.).

       [Character-string]

Machine No. display when FL-net specification.

       [Code]

1->Input signals from the loader (Loader Continuous

Operation and No Loader Interference) turned OFF at the

          same time(for loader interface types).

2->An alarm has occurred in FL-net communication of the

          external coupling device.

       [Probable Faulty Locations]

1)Linked external equipment(loader, robot, bar feeder, etc.)

2)The emergency stop button or the like is pressed on the

         linked external equipment.

       [Measures to Take]

1)After clearing the alarm state of the linked external

         equipment, reset the NC.

2)The emergency stop button or the like is pressed on the

         linked external equipment.
